三蝶烯衍生大三环主体与质子化2,2′-联吡啶盐/吡啶盐络合性质的研究:超分子聚准[3]轮烷的构筑

摘要 本文发展了一类新型的基于三蝶烯衍生大三环主体与质子化的2,2′-联吡啶盐/吡啶盐的主-客体体系.研究结果表明,大三环主体可以在溶液中和固态下与质子化的2,2′-联吡啶盐/吡啶盐形成1:2络合物,固态下络合物中两个客体以头尾交替的形式排列.研究还进一步实现了大三环主体与质子化的2,2′-联吡啶盐/吡啶盐络合与解络合过程的酸碱调控.另外,我们还设计合成了一个双吡啶盐客体,并通过其与大三环主体络合作用形成超分子聚准[3]轮烷组装体. A new host-guest system based on triptycene-derived macrotricyclic host and protonated 2,2′-bipyri- dinium/pyridinium salts was developed. It was found that the macrotricyclic polyether could form 1:2 complexes with the guests in both solution and solid state. Especially, all of the guests could form "head to tail" assemblied structures in the complexes. Moreover, the association and disassociation of the complexes could be chemically controlled by acid and base. Furthermore, a supramolecular poly[3]pseudorotaxane was formed by the interactions between the host and the guest containing two 2-substituted pyridinium subunits linked with one alkyl chain, which was proved by the 1H NMR experiments and MALDI-TOF MS.
