短流程嵌入式高支苎麻复合纺纱技术探索

Technology Research on Insert High-count Ramie Composite Spinning of Short Process

本文探讨了短流程嵌入式纺纱技术纺制高支苎麻复合纱的工艺技术方案,通过对嵌入纺所涉及的前罗拉的转速、长丝与前罗拉的夹角α以及长丝与粗纱须条之间的距离等进行分析,研究了嵌入纺技术在苎麻纺纱领域中的应用。实际生产表明,根据苎麻纤维的特点,正确调整相关参数,嵌入式纺纱技术在提高苎麻纺纱质量、减少毛羽等方面有显著成效。

In this paper,we mainly explored technical scheme of insert high- count ramie composite spinning of short process through distance and intersection angle,rotation speed between filament and front roller involved in insert spinning,and discussed the application of insert spinning technology in ramie spinning.The actual production showed that insert spinning technology with certain innovation for ramie spinningwhen relevant parameters were correctly adjusted according to the property of ramie fiber.
