桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗变应性鼻炎引起的上气道咳嗽综合征疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Upper Airway Cough Syndrome Caused by Allergic Rhinitis in the Treatment of Eucalyptus Lemon Pinene Enteric Soft Capsule

目的：探讨桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗变应性鼻炎（AR）引起的上气道咳嗽综合征的临床效果、简易性及安全性。方法对50例由AR引起的上气道咳嗽综合征患者按随机原则随机分为治疗组和对照组（各25例）。所有病例确诊后，随机分为桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗组和对照组，对照组给予地氯雷他定片（成人和12岁以上儿童5 mg/天）口服，1次/日，共7 d；鼻用血管收缩剂（呋麻滴鼻液）3滴/次，2次/日，共7 d；口服甘草远志合剂20 ml，3次/日，共7 d；口服抗生素1周，首选克拉霉素缓释胶囊、糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊，0.3 g/次，3次/日，餐前30 min用较多凉开水送服，7 d为1个疗程（4～10岁儿童0.12 g/次）。治疗组和对照组各用2个疗程（第2个疗程停服呋麻滴鼻液），直至临床症状缓解，观察临床疗效、并发症等情况。结果治疗组治愈率占92%。治疗中治疗后均未见明显并发症发生。所有病例均经1年以上随访，效果满意；对照组治愈率占68%，部分患者仍有咳嗽等不适症状。治疗组和对照组治疗结果比较：两者差异显著，有统计学意义（χ2=4.50，P＜0.05）。结论桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗AR引起的上气道咳嗽综合征有较好的临床效果，由于是口服制剂，大大减少了输液反应的并发症。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect,simplify and safety of Eucalyptus Lemon Pinene En-teric Soft Capsule in the treatment of allergic rhinitis caused by upper airway cough syndrome. Methods 50 cases of upper airway cough syndrome caused by allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（25 cases each）. The control group was treated with Deslorata-dine（adults and children over 12 old）5 mg orally,1/d,7 days;nasal vascular contraction agent（Ephedrine Hydrochlo-ride and Nitrofurazone Nasal Drops）3 drops/time,2 times/day,7 days;Licorice Polygala mixture 20 ml/time,3 times/day,7 days;oral antibiotics for 1 week,preferred Clarithro-mycin Sustained-release Capsules,together with Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray. Treatment group were treated with eucalyptol linonene pinene enteric soft capsule additional-ly comparing with control group. 0.3 g/time,3 times/day,de-liveried 30 minutes before meals with more cool boiled water, 7 days for a course of treatment（4 to 10 years old children：0.12 g/time）. The treatment for the both groups did not last 2 courses（Ephedrine Hydrochloride and Nitrofurazone Nasal Drops were used only in the first course）,until the clinical symptoms relief,then clinical curative effect and complica-tions etc.were observed. Results the cure rate of treatment group was 92%. There were no obvious complications after treatment followed up for more than one year. The effect was satisfactory. The cure rate of the control group was 68%with some patients still have cough or other symptoms. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups （χ2=4.50,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Eucalyptus Lemon Pinene Enteric Soft Capsule in the treatment of upper airway cough syndrome caused by allergic rhinitis has better clinical effect,greatly reducing the complications of infusion reaction by oral delivery.
