丁卡因在减轻鼻内镜术后抽取膨胀海绵时疼痛的临床研究

Tetracaine can reduce nasal pain occurred in removal of inflation sponge after endoscopic surgery

目的探讨1%丁卡因在减轻鼻内镜术后抽取膨胀海绵时疼痛的疗效。方法对于鼻内镜手术患者,手术结束时用膨胀海绵均等一致的填塞双侧鼻腔。术后48 h后抽取患者鼻内膨胀海绵时,患者一侧鼻腔内注入1%丁卡因溶液做治疗组,另一侧注入生理盐水做对照组,15 min后,分次抽取膨胀海绵,按照国际疼痛分级标准记录即刻鼻腔疼痛数值。结果实验组鼻腔在抽取膨胀海绵时疼痛明显较对照组轻(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜术后抽取鼻内填塞的膨胀海绵时在其内注入1%丁卡因溶液能明显减轻患者疼痛,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of I% tetra Caine in alleviating the nasal pain occurred in removal of inflation sponge after endoscopic surgery. Methods Inflation sponges were packed equally in bilateral nasal cavity of patients after nasal endoscopic surgery. The sponges were removed after 48 hours, Before removal, 1% tetracaine was injected in one side nasal cavity （treatment group） , while normal saline was injected into another nasal cavity （control group） . After 15 minutes, the sponges were removed spectively. And nasal pain was scored according to the international classification standard. Results The pain in treatment group was obviously less than those in control group （P〈 0.05） . Conclusiorl Injection of 1% tetra Caine solution can obviously relieve patients＇ pain occurred in the extraction of postoperative nasal stuffing. It is worth being used in clinics.
