临床护理路径在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术中的应用观察

Application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis

目的：探究观察临床护理路径在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术中的应用。方法病例选取2015年4月～2016年1月于我院就诊的慢性鼻窦炎患者66例，按随机抽签划分为观察组、对照组各33例。对照组采用常规护理进行鼻内镜手术，观察组则采用临床护理路径进行鼻内镜手术。对比两组患者健康知识掌握情况、满意度、住院时间、住院费用及护理依从性。结果观察组患者健康知识掌握及格率为96.97%（32/33），明显高于对照组78.79%（26/33），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者满意率为93.94%（31/33），明显高于对照组75.76%（25/33），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者住院时间[（8.65±2.12）vs（11.56±2.54）d]及住院费用[（6789.52±1499.75）vs（8297.31±1581.62）元]明显低于对照组，而护理依从性明显高于对照组[（82.69±6.95）vs （70.08±6.63）分]，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论临床护理路径应用于慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术中，能够提高患者健康知识掌握情况、满意度及对护理的依从性，减少住院时间，从而降低住院费用，值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the application of clinical nursing path in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal endoscopic surgery. Methods 66 cases of chronic sinusitis were selected from April 2015 to January 2016 in our＆nbsp;hospital. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 33 cases in each. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing of nasal endoscopic surgery,while patients in observation group were used clinical nursing path for endoscopic sinus surgery. The knowledge of health,satisfaction,hospital stay,hospital costs and compliance of nursing of the two groups were compared. Results In observation group,health knowledge passing rate was 96.97%（32/33）,significantly higher than that of control group（78.79%,26/33）,and the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）,The satisfaction rate of observation group patients was 93.94%（31/33）,which was higher than that of the control group（75.76%,25/33）. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The hospi-talization time of patients in the two group was（8.65±2.12） vs（11.56±2.54）d,and the cost of hospitalization was （6789.52±1499.75）vs（8297.31±1581.62）yuan, which was significantly lower in the observation group than that of the control group,and the compliance of nursing significantly higher than control group[（82.69±6.95）vs （70.08±6.63）],and the difference is statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of clinical nurs-ing pathway in chronic sinusitis with nasal endoscopic sur-gery can improve patients＇ health knowledge,satisfaction and the nursing compliance,reduce hospitalization time, thereby reducing hospitalization expenses,is worthy to be popularized.
