失眠症的功能磁共振研究进展

Research progress on functional magnetic resonance imaging in insomnia

失眠症是一类以睡眠的质量、数量、时间或节律紊乱为表现的慢性功能障碍疾病。近年来学者应用功能磁共振(f MRI)技术对失眠症进行了大量研究。从失眠症的静息态、任务态脑功能网络异常变化和中医针刺干预的中枢效应机制等3个方面,对失眠症的f MRI研究进展进行综述。

Insomnia,a chronic dysfunctional disease,is a sleep disorder of quality,quantity,duration and rhythm. In recent years,functional magnetic resonance imaging（ f MRI） technology is applied to study the disease. In this review,we describe the advances of f MRI on insomnia in abnormal variations of brain functional network in rest state and task state,central effects and mechanism of acupuncture intervention.
