自拟中药方剂治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Self-made TCM Prescription in Treatment of Facial Hormone Dependent Dermatitis

目的探讨自拟中药方剂治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎患者疗效观察及对患者血清白介素-4(IL-4)、免疫球蛋白-E(Ig E)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平的影响。方法将94例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为两组。对照组外用乙氧苯柳胺软膏,治疗组口服自拟中药方剂治疗。两组疗程均为4周。比较两组治疗总有效率,治疗前后血清IL-4、Ig E、IFN-γ水平变化及焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分变化,治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清IL-4、Ig E、IFN-γ水平治疗后明显下降(P<0.05);治疗组血清IL-4、Ig E、IFN-γ水平治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05);两组SAS评分和SDS评分治疗后明显下降(P<0.05);治疗组SAS评分和SDS评分治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未见严重药物不良反应。结论自拟中药方剂治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎患者临床疗效显著,可明显降低患者血清IL-4、Ig E、IFN-γ水平,且安全可靠,具有重要研究价值。

Objective To investigate the effects of self-made TCM prescription in treatment of faeial hormone of dependence. Meth- ods 94 cases of facial hormone dependent dermatitis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 47 cases in each group. Control group was treated with Elofesalamide Ointment, observation group was treated with self - made TCM prescription. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Compare the total effective rates of treatment, the changes of IL - 4, IFN - γ, IgE, Self rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self - rating Depression Scale （ SDS）, the occurence of adverse reactions of both groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of observation group （91.49%） was higher than that of control group （72.34%） （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the serum levels of IL - 4, IgE and IFN -γ significantly decreased in both groups （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the serum levels of IL - 4, lgE and IFN -γ in observation group were lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; SAS scores and SDS scores in both groups decreased significantly after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; SAS score and SDS score in observation group were lower than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; no serious adverse drug reactions were found in the two groups. Conclusion TCM prescription is effective in treatment of facial hormone dependence dermatitis,it can significantly reduce the serum IL- 4, IgE, IFN -γ levels and is safe and reliable with important research value.
