马钱子风湿丸结合针刀松解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

Clinical Observation on Strychnos Rheumatism Pills Combined with Acupotome in Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的观察马钱子风湿丸结合针刀松解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组采用马钱子风湿丸结合针刀松解术治疗,对照组采用电针治疗,比较治疗前后两组JOA评分及ODI变化,并观察其临床疗效。结果观察组60例中,治愈42例,显效9例,总有效率95.0%,愈显率85.0%;对照组60例中,治愈31例,显效12例,总有效率85.0%,愈显率71.7%。治疗后与对照组比较,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。在JOA评分和ODI方面,观察组与对照组治疗后比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论马钱子风湿丸结合针刀松解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,明显优于对照组。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Strychnos Rheumatism pills combined with needle knife in treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group. Observation group was treated with Strychnos Rheumatism pills combined with acupotome lysis treatment. Control group received acupuncture treatment. Compare JOA scores and ODI changes before and after treatment of both groups and evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results 42 cases in observation group were cured,9 cases showed obvious effect,the total efficiency of 95. 0%,markedly effective rate was 85. 0%. 31 cases in control group cured,12 cases showed obvious effect,the total efficiency of 85. 0%,markedly effective rate was71. 7%. After treatment,compared with the control group,observation group was obviously more effective than control group with significant differences（ P〈0. 05）; the JOA scores and ODI changes in both groups after treatment were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Strychnos Rheumatism pills combined with acupotome lysis has obvious curative effect in treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
