湖北中医药大学护理专业硕士人才培养模式与保障机制创新

Cultivation Mode and Innovation of the Protection Mechanism for the Nursing Professional Masters in Hubei University of Chinese Medicine

近年来,国内各大护理院校积极研究构建护理硕士专业学位的培养体系,但适合中医药高等院校的护理专业硕士的培养模式与保障机制尚处于探索中。为体现院校办学特色,在人才培养体制和机制上真正实现"中西医融合、医护融合、文理护融合、基础与临床融合",湖北中医药大学护理学院反复研讨培养方案,确立了适应社会需求的护理专业硕士"一三一"人才培养模式,探索"跨院校、跨学科、跨专业"的协同培养机制,建立创新课程体系和实践能力立体化考评体系,以提高培养对象的基础、专科、中医护理实践能力,从而培养更多的具有中医健康管理思维的高层次、专科型、创新型护理专业人才。

In recent years,the construction of nursing master＇s degree training system is activey explorated in various domestic universities,but the cultivation mode and protection mechanism is still in exploration for the nursing professional master in TCM colleges and universities. In order to reflect the school characteristics and truly achieve the aim of＂three fusion＂,the nursing school of Hubei University of Chinese Medicine discussed the cultivation plan repeatedly,established an＂1- 3- 1＂training mode which meets to the demand of social for the master of nursing professional,explored the mechanism of the cooperative cultivation of ＂crossniversities,crossdisciplinaries and cross majors＂,established the innovative curriculum system and the practical ability of three- dimensional evaluation system. The purpose of the above initiatives is to improve the nursing practical ability of the nursing professional master,to cultivate more high level,specialist and innovative nursing professional master with the thought of health management of TCM.
