定制,一直是人类进步路上的孜孜追求:定制西装、定制餐具、定制家具、定制住宅。打上“与众不同”标签的任何物品,都让人对其产生更特殊的情感,从而爱不释手。与其他任何产品一样,葡萄酒也悄悄走进了定制的时代:葡萄酒的生产流程被拆分成许多细小的模块,从种植到采摘,到酿造到装瓶,最后进行销售,都可以加入消费者个人喜好的因素。
Customized product is always an exciting things for mankind, it makes people feel different when using these unique products, provides them an illusion of privilege. As all other products, wine is stepping into a "customized era". The process of making wine is now able to be separate into very tiny part, each can fit the need of consumers. For those young buyers, they can pay to have their own label on the bottle, and for those buyers with fortune, they can purchase the winery directly to make their own wine. In this issue, we will see if customized wine has already come to Chinese wine market.
