HER2及靶向治疗在食管癌中的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 食管癌死亡率居恶性肿瘤第8位,其预后不佳,转移率高。因此,探讨该肿瘤发病机制、寻找新的靶向治疗是当今肿瘤学研究的重要内容。癌基因HER2是人类肿瘤中发生改变频率最高的癌基因之一,其异常扩增及表达与恶性肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,目前已成为某些恶性肿瘤诊断的一个重要分子标记物和治疗靶标。本文就HER2及靶向治疗在食管癌中的研究进展作一介绍。
