胃钙化性纤维性肿瘤1例

摘要 患者女性,55岁。4个月前无明显诱因出现上腹部不适,偶有反酸、烧心、呕吐。胃镜检查示胃体大弯侧有一大小5 cm×3 cm黏膜下隆起,表面光滑（图1）。临床诊断：胃间质瘤。于电子胃镜下行电切术。病理检查巨检：送检带黏膜肿物1枚,黏膜面积3 cm×2.8 cm大小,表面光滑,黏膜下见灰白色不规则肿物,大小2.3 cm×1.8 cm×1.5 cm,未见明显包膜;切面灰白色、
