摘要
建立影响煤炭产能的评价体系,科学分析煤炭产能过剩的形成机理;然后基于PSR模型和历史回归分析法进行仿真模拟,预测我国未来煤炭产能的发展趋势;最后根据预测结果建立综合调控体系,提出相应的调控对策。
Mainly to solve three key issues which is coal capacity surplus,how to form and control it,establishing the evaluation system of coal production capacity and analysing the formation mechanism of excess coal production capacity scientifically first;Then the future development trend of coal production capacity in China is forecasted based on the PSR model and historical regression analysis;Finally,establishing the comprehensive control system and puting forward the corresponding control measures according to the forecast results.
