摘要
常规带式输送机的设计采用平面受力分析的方法,难以得到滚筒装置的准确受力状况,因此往往选取较大的安全系数而增大了设备的重量和成本。采用有限元分析的方法对滚筒装置进行强度分析和结构优化,能够得到较合理的安全系数,为改进滚筒装置设计、减轻滚筒装置重量以及提高其综合性能提供参考依据。
The conventional design of belt conveyor was based on the method of plane stress analysis,it is difficult to obtain the accurate stress state of drum device,therefore the safety factor was often too large,so that the weight and cost of the device were increased.Strength analysis and structure optimization of the drum device was done to achieve a more reasonable safety factor by the finite element analysis method,which provided the references for improving the design and reducing the weight and enhancing the combination properties of the drum device.
