摘要
针对煤矿传统埋管抽采瓦斯现使用的高密度聚乙烯管路埋管存在的材料成本高、抽采效率低、管路无法回收的问题,唐山矿进行了管路回撤装置的研究,采取无缝钢管代替高密度聚乙烯管路进行埋管,实施边采边拉的方法进行抽采,并在采煤工作面进行了试验,取得了良好的效果。
Aiming at the issues that there was high cost of high-density polyethylene tube,low gas drainage coefficient and unrenewable drainage tubes in the course of the traditional gas drainage through buried tubes,the study of the tube withdrawing device was carried out in the Tangshan coal mine,the high-density polyethylene tubes which were buried in the goaf were replaced with seamless steel tubes and the gas drainage tubes were pulled as the working face retreated.The experiments were implemented in the mining working face and good effect was achieved.
