摘要 详细介绍了英国推进碳捕集与封存(CCS)发展过程中的战略部署、相关法规及制度框架建设、基础研发及推进跨行业合作发展的举措等,为中国开展相关工作提供参考借鉴,并推动中国煤基能源与工业体系实现低碳发展。 The author detailely introduced UK's experience in promoting development of carbon capture and storage(CCS),including strategic deployment,relevant law and regulation and instructional framework construction,fundamental research and development,measures of promoting multi-industry cooperative development and so on,in order to provide references for relevant works in China and drive to achieve low carbon development of China's coal-based energy and industry system.
