双横臂扭杆弹簧独立悬架性能仿真与优化

摘要 针对某双横臂扭杆弹簧独立悬架车轮前束角以及主销内倾角变化范围偏大的问题,在Adams/Car模块中建立悬架动力学模型,在多体动力学软件优化模块Adams/Insight中分析悬架定位参数随车轮跳动的变化规律,通过灵敏度分析得到对优化目标影响较大的硬点坐标,并对其进行响应面法优化,在优化硬点坐标后仍不能满足目标函数的情况下,进一步对弹性衬套刚度系数进行优化。优化结果表明,优化后悬架前轮定位参数及变化范围回归到合理的范围,改善了悬架性能。 The double wishbone suspension of torsion bar spring was established and operated in Adams/Car. The rule of the suspension positioning parameters changing with wheel hop is analyzed. Considering the problem of the large variation range of the front wheel toe angle and kingpin inclination angle, acquired hard point coordinates which has a greater influence on the optimiza- tion goal by sensitivity method in the optimization module of automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical system, and then, carried on the optimization design of the coordinates by response surface method. When it could not meet the objective function after opti- mizing the coordinates,moved forward a single step to optimize the elasticity bushing stiffness coefficient. The result shows the front wheel alignment parameters and its range of suspension meet the idea range after optimized, improve suspension performance.
