摘要 针对圆锥滚子从动件圆柱分度凸轮精确建模困难,基于等距线原理提出一种快捷、精确建模方法。应用共轭曲面理论建立了圆柱分度凸轮的滚子轴线轨迹方程,利用Pro/Engineer软件提供的"方程式"工具,生成凸轮的理论廓线,并对其进行曲线法向偏置、边界混合和实体化操作,得到凸轮工作廓面,获得三维精确建模。 Based on offset curve theory, a new modeling method was presented in allusion to the fact that the modeling of cylindrical indexing cam with conical roller follower was difficult. The equations of roller axis of cylindrical indexing cam were established with the application of conjugate surface theory, the theoretical curves were built up by using "from equation" tool of Pro/Engineer software, and working profiles were obtained by normal offset of the theoretical curves, boundary blend and solid cutting operatlon.
