摘要
分析了粉末冶金制品压制过程中,作用在压坯和模具上的成型压力,以及模具变形量和精度对制品质量的影响。结果表明:选用杨氏模量较大的材料,能有效降低模具的变形量,提高制品质量。模具的精度应高于压坯的尺寸精度要求,表面粗糙度尽可能小,才能保证制品的质量,提高模具的使用寿命,降低使用成本。
In the process of suppression of powder metallurgy products, the molding pressure on the compact and mold and the influenee of die precision and amount of deformation on the quality of products were analyzed. The results showed that big young' s modulus of materials can effectively reduee the amount of deformation of mould and improve the quality of products. The precision of the mould should be higher than that of compact dimension, and the surface roughness is as small as possible. Thus the quality of products can be guaranteed, service life of die can be improved and the cost can be reduced.
