摘要
为达到泵站机组运行的安全性与经济性,进行视情维修,达到"无人值班、少人值守"得目的,实现泵站机组的状态监测与故障诊断有重大意义。介绍了泵站计算机监控系统的工作原理和其系统结构,对泵站机组监测的故障树模型进行了构建与分析,并开发出了基于故障树的状态监测软件,实践证明,软件能够达到预期的效果。在泵站现场进行了振动监测与故障诊断的实践,确立了更为合理的诊断模式。
In order to achieve the safety and economy of the operation of pumping station,and maintenance of visual condition,reach the"no duty,fewer people on duty",it is of great significance to realize the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the pump station.First of all,the paper introduces the working principle of the computer monitoring system of pumping station and its system structure,then construction and analysis of fault tree model for monitoring of pump station unit,and the condition monitoring software based on fault tree is developed,practice has proved that the software can achieve the desired results.Finally,the practice of vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis in the field of pump station has been carried out,and a more reasonable diagnosis model has been established.
