585nm脉冲染料激光联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗瘢痕疙瘩临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究585 nm脉冲染料激光联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效和安全性。方法 40例瘢痕疙瘩患者随机分为两组,各20例。A组予585 nm脉冲染料激光治疗,B组予585 nm脉冲染料激光照射联合外用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗。结果 B组有效率(70.0%)高于A组(50.0%)(χ-2=3.906,P=0.032)。结论 585 nm脉冲染料激光联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗瘢痕疙瘩安全、有效。
