低温等离子消融术治疗早期声门型喉癌的效果分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的分析低温等离子射频消融术治疗早期声门型喉癌的效果。方法选取2009-2012年在郑州大学第一附属医院咽喉头颈外科收治的行手术治疗的79例早期声门型喉癌(Tis、T1a、T1b)患者,其中41例行低温等离子射频消融术(等离子组),38例行喉裂开术(喉裂开组)。比较两组手术时间、住院时间、术后黏膜恢复情况、术后复发率和术后粘连率。结果等离子组手术时间和住院时间较喉裂开组短(P<0.05),喉裂开组较等离子组术后黏膜恢复快(P<0.05)。两组局部复发率和累及前联合复发率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。等离子组的术后粘连率低于喉裂开组(P<0.05)。结论低温等离子治疗早期声带癌具有创伤小、住院时间短和复发率低优势。
