LI Dexin's Experience on Using Four Mild Drugs Decoction

作者收集并整理了李德新教授妙用四君子汤加减治疗临床常见疾病的资料,发现李德新教授在审察诊疗疾病的过程中,根据疾病的不同,用药的侧重点亦异。李德新教授基于"调脾胃以安五脏"的理论,遣方用药特点可概括为平阴阳体用,权气机升降,调脏腑平衡。而妙用该方加减治疗不同疾病也体现了中医基础理论中"异病同治"的诊疗特色。

The author collected professor LI Dexin’s clinical experience in treatment of normal diseases by artfully using Four Mild Drugs Decoction. Professor LI Dexin placed extra emphasis on medicine of different diseases during diagnosis and treatment.Based on the theory of regulating spleen and stomach to make five internal organs working stably,it is concluded as： To keep the balance of Yin and Yang; To regulate the ascending and descending of Qi activity; To make internal organs work steadily. Yet masterly using the relative decoctions to treat multiple kinds of diseases indicates the featured diagnosis and treatment of the basic theory of TCM,which is called treating different diseases with the same therapy.
