芪参益气滴丸联合常规治疗对慢性心衰临床疗效及心功能指标的影响

Clinical Effects and Cardiac Function Indexes of Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills with Routine Therapy in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的:观察芪参益气滴丸联合常规治疗对慢性心力衰竭临床疗效及心功能指标的影响。方法:将160例慢性心衰患者随机分为芪参益气滴丸组和对照组,两组患者均给予利尿剂、洋地黄、ACEI及β-受体阻滞剂等常规治疗,芪参益气滴丸组在常规治疗基础上加服芪参益气滴丸,疗程8周。随后比较两组临床疗效及心功能指标(包括体重、心率、6 min步行实验、左室射血分数(LVEF)、血浆B型脑利钠肽(NT-Pro BNP)水平)。结果:芪参益气滴丸组显效率和总有效率分别为(52.5%、92.5%),高于对照组的(40.0%、77.5%)(P<0.05)。芪参益气滴丸组和对照组左室射血分数(LVEF)、血浆B型脑利钠肽(NT-Pro BNP)水平、体重、心率、6 min步行实验等心功能指标均较治疗前改善(P<0.01)。芪参益气滴丸组左室射血分数(LVEF)、血浆B型脑利钠肽(NT-Pro BNP)水平、体重、心率、6 min步行实验等心功能指标均较对照组改善(P<0.05),均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:芪参益气滴丸能在常规治疗基础上进一步提高CHF患者的临床疗效,改善心功能,且无明显不良反应及毒性反应,值得临床进一步应用观察。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect and cardiac function indexes of Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills with routine therapy in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods： A total of 160 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills group and control group. Two groups were given digitalis,diuretics,ACEI and β- blockers treatment and Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills group added Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills. The treatment course was eight weeks. And then the clinical effect and heart function index,including weight,heart rate,6- min walking test,left ventricular ejection fraction（ LVEF）,B- type brain natriuretic peptide,were evaluated. Results： The efficiency and total effective rate（ 52. 5%,92. 5%） in the Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills group were significantly higher than the control group’s（ 40. 0%,77. 5%）（ P 〈 0. 01）. Left ventricular ejection fraction（ LVEF）,B- type brain natriuretic peptide（ N- Pro BNP） level,weight,heart rate and 6- min walking test experiment in the two groups were improved significantly at the end of treatment. Left ventricular ejection fraction（ LVEF）,B- type brain natriuretic peptide（ NT- Pro BNP） level,weight,heart rate and 6- min walking test in the Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills group were improved significantly compared with those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05） without side effect. Conclusion： Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills can improve the clinical curative effect of patients with CHF and improve cardiac function,without obvious adverse reaction,being effective in the treatment of chronic heart failure.
