中药消毒剂对口腔硅橡胶印模的消毒效能及材料表面特性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨中药消毒剂对口腔硅橡胶印模的消毒效能及材料表面特性的影响。方法:以美国牙科协会(American Dental Association,ADA)推荐的标准模具制成120个口腔印模,按照印模材料分为加成型60个,缩合型60个;每种印模随机分为两组,分别感染金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌,再将每组染菌印模再随机分为对照组10个、戊二醛组10个和中药组10个,测量各组印模浸泡前后尺寸稳定性、浸泡后表面粗糙度,并计算戊二醛组与中药组的抑菌率。结果:无论加成型硅橡胶还是缩合型硅橡胶,3组印模浸泡前后尺寸变化比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),3组印模表面粗糙度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。加成型和缩合型印模中,中药组对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌抑菌率均显著高于戊二醛组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药消毒剂浸泡口腔硅橡胶印模消毒不会改变印模的精度和表面质量,且其杀菌效果优于戊二醛,可以作为口腔印模消毒剂的选择之一。 Objective: To explore the disinfection efficacy and material surface characteristics effect of traditional Chinese medicine disinfectant for oral rubber impression materials. Methods: As American Dental Association standard mold,we made a total of120 oral impression molds,60 of mold type and 60 of condensation type. Each type was randomly divided into two groups which were infected with Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans respectively and then each impression bacteria was randomly divided into control group 10 cases,glutaraldehyde group 10 cases and Chinese medicine group 10 cases. The dimensional stability and surface roughness were measured and glutaraldehyde group and Chinese medicine group’s inhibitory rate was calculated. Results: Three groups’ size changes before and after immersion had no statistical significance( P 〉 0. 05) and among three groups the impression size also had no statistically significant( P 〉 0. 05). The mold type and condensation type in three groups’ impression surface rough degree difference had no statistical significance( P 〉 0. 05). The antibacterial rates of mold type and condensation type in traditional Chinese medicine group of Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans were significantly higher than that of glutaraldehyde group and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine disinfectant for oral rubber impression can not change the precision and the surface quality of the impression. The bactericidal effect is better than that of glutaraldehyde and can as one of the choice of dental impression disinfectant.
