辛润苦泄法治疗初发2型糖尿病疗效观察

Effect of Xinrun Kukai Method in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:对初发2型糖尿病患者运用辛润苦泄法的效果进行探析。方法:随机选择研究对象为本院在2013年1月—2015年11月期间治疗的80例初发2型糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,一组患者使用西药进行治疗,另一组患者使用中药进行治疗,对比与统计分析两组患者的临床疗效与不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率是87.5%,对照组是60%,差异性显著(P<0.05)。对照组患者的不良反应发生率是37.5%,观察组患者中未见严重不良反应,差异性显著(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组患者的FPG是(11.45±2.29)mmol·L^(-1),对照组是(11.34±2.39)mmol·L^(-1),无显著差异性(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的FPG是(5.17±0.94)mmol·L^(-1),对照组是(6.09±1.01)mmol·L^(-1),差异性明显(P<0.05),观察组患者的FPG改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:初发2型糖尿病患者运用辛润苦泄法的临床治疗效果较为理想,既能够提高患者的临床治疗效果,又能够减少患者不良反应的发生,有效控制患者血糖。

Objective： To study the effect of Xinrun Kukai method on newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods： Randomly select 80 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients treated in our hospital from January 2013 to November 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. One group were treated with Western medicine and the other group with traditional Chinese medicine. Comparison and statistical analysis were given to the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 87. 5% in the observation group,significantly higher than that in the control group which was 60%（ P 〈 0. 05）. The side effective rates was 37. 5% in the control group but no serious adverse reactions were observed in the observation group. The difference between two groups was significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Before treatment,FPG of the observation group was（ 11. 45 ± 2. 29） mmol·L-1and FPG of the control group（ 11. 34 ± 2. 39） mmol·L-1. The two groups had no significant difference（ P 〉 0. 05）. After treatment,FPG was（ 5. 17 ± 0. 94） mmol·L-1in the observation group,significantly lower than that in the control group which was（ 6. 09 ± 1. 01） mmol·L-1. The improvement of FPG in observation group was better than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical therapeutic effect of Xinrun Kukai method on newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes is ideal. It can improve the clinical treatment effect,but also can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,effectively controlling the blood glucose of patients.
