中西医对肾纤维化发病机制的研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese and Western Medicine Pathogenesis of Renal Fibrosis

文章通过文献研究的方法,从中西医两方面分别对肾纤维化的病因及发病机制进行了回顾。分析了西医学方面肾纤维化发病机制是多种致病因子共同作用的最终途径以及中医学认为其病机多属"正虚邪实"的特点。阐明了对肾纤维化的治疗应致力于把中西医两者从病因病机及治疗有机结合,做到辨病与辨证有机结合,以探求一条中西医结合一体化的治疗之路。

This paper reviewed the cause and pathogenesis of renal fibrosis in the methods of literature research from Chinese and Western medicine respectively. The Western medicine pathogenesis of renal fibrosis is the ultimate way of the common functions of many kinds of pathogenic factors and the Chinese medicine believes that the pathogenesis of renal fibrosis is Zhengxu Xieshi. It clarified the treatment of renal fibrosis should be committed to the combination of the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment from Chinese and Western medicine,achieving the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation and exploring a integrated treatment of Chinese and Western medicine.
