消银颗粒联合超脉冲CO_2激光治疗中重度痤疮的临床观察

Xiaoyin Granula Combined with Ultra Pulse CO_2 Laser for Moderate and Severe Acne

目的:观察消银颗粒联合超脉冲CO_2激光治疗中重度痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法:将寻常痤疮患者150例随机分为3组。治疗组50例,口服消银颗粒、强力霉素片及维生素B_6片,同时给予超脉冲CO_2激光治疗;对照1组50例,口服消银颗粒、强力霉素片及维生素B_6片;对照2组50例,口服强力霉素片及维生素B_6片,同时给予超脉冲CO_2激光治疗;以上3组均连续治疗6周后观察结果。结果:治疗组总有效率为80%,对照1组总有效率为60%,对照2组总有效率为54%,治疗组与对照1组、对照2组总有效率对比差异有统计学意义,治疗组疗效明显优于对照1组(P<0.05)、对照2组(P<0.01);对照1组、对照2组总有效率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:本研究提示消银颗粒联合超脉冲CO_2激光治疗中重度痤疮具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of Xiaoyin Granula and ultra pulse CO2 laser for moderate and severe acne. Methods： A total of 150 cases of moderate and severe acne patients were randomly divided into three groups. Fifty cases in treatment group were treated by Xiaoyin Granula,Deoxycycline and Vitamin B6 orally and ultra pulse CO2 laser. Fifty cases in control group 1 were treated by Xiaoyin Granula,Deoxycycline and Vitamin B6 orally. Fifty cases in control group 2 were treated by Deoxycycline and Vitamin B6 orally and ultra pulse CO2 laser. The treatment period was 6 weeks. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 80% while 60% for the control group 1 and 54% for the control group 2. There were significant differences among the treatment groups and the others. The curative rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group 1（ P 〈 0. 05） and the control group 2（ P 〈 0. 01）. There was no significant difference between the total effective rates of the control group 1 and the control group 2（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of treatment by Xiaoyin Granula combined with ultra pulse CO2 laser for moderate and severe acne is better.
