金钱白花蛇商品药材中总磷脂测定

Determination of Total Phospholipids in Bungarus parvus Medicinal Products

目的：通过比较金钱白花蛇不同商品药材中总磷脂含量,为建立金钱白花蛇商品药材的质量评价体系提供依据。方法：采用Folch（氯仿-甲醇2：1）试剂,超声提取,钼蓝显色法,分光光度法测定8批次金钱白花蛇商品药材中总磷脂含量。结果：样品中总磷脂含量以磷计算,其回归方程为Y=0.0219X-0.0146（r=0.9998）,线性范围为2.35~8.23μg,平均回收率为99.1%（n=5）,RSD=1.3%。结论：该方法测定的金钱白花蛇商品药材中总磷脂含量,对金钱白花蛇商品药材质量控制具有实际意义,可作为其评价其体系的依据之一。

Objective： By comparing total phospholipids in different commodities herbs Bungarus parvus,to evaluate Bungarus parvus quality medicinal product. Methods： After extracting by folch agent,adopt Moly- blue colorimetric method and Ui- vis to determine the content of total phospholipids in Bungarus parvus from 8 different collecting areas. Results： The linear equation of phosphonium was Y = 0. 0219X- 0. 0146（ r = 0. 9998） and the range of linearity was from 2. 35 μg to 8. 23 μg. The average recovery was 99. 1%（ n = 5） and RSD = 1. 3%. Conclusion： The method is brief. Both recurrence and precision densities are all right. It can quality control of the Bungarus parvus.
