加香加料是卷烟生产的重要环节,试验基于IRB120研制了一套实验室智能化加香加料装置,实现烟丝上下料、精确加香加料、管道清洗以及烟丝烘烤等环节的自动化,加液时间小于7 min,使用组合式模糊-PID控制加液误差小于2%,精度0.005 g。
Spice charging is an important part of the cigarette manufacturing. This article has developed a set of intelligent laboratory flavoring feeding device based on IRB120. It can realize accurate flavored tobacco material, up and down the feed, pipeline cleaning, cut tobacco baking automation, charging time is less than 7 min, using combined fuzzy-PID control to ensure the charging error less than 2% and the accuracy is 0.005 g.
