摘要 培养独立创新人才早已成为我国高等教育的重要目标,创新精神是卓越应用型人才培养的核心,而自主学习是发展创新能力的前提。通过调研分析目前大学生自主学习现状,以食品专业课堂教学实践为出发点,从课堂教学要求、课堂教学模式及教学方法三方面探索了大学生自主学习能力的培养策略与方法。 Cultivating independent innovation talents has become an important goal of higher education in China. Therefore, creative spirit is considered as the core of excellence and applied talents' cultivation while autonomous learning is the premise of innovation ability development. The purpose of this paper is thus to investigate the developing strategies and methods of college students' autonomous learning ability in terms of three aspects, such as, classroom teaching requirements, classroom teaching mode and teaching method by analyzing the current situation of college students' autonomous learning with food professional classroom teaching practice as the starting point.
