摘要
建立了以盐酸+L-半胱氨酸为提取液,采用高效液相色谱-原子荧光联用技术测定婴幼儿辅食中的汞的形态的分析方法。在优化条件下,3种汞化合物的线性范围为0~50μg/L,相关系数(r)均优于0.999 0,检出限在3.70~7.71μg/kg之间,3种汞化合物加标回收率均在89.6%~107%之间,重现性RSD=3.5%,标准物质鱼肉(GBW 10029)的测定值在标准值范围内。选择市场上常见种类的婴幼儿辅食进行检测,甲基汞含量在11.3~12.5μg/kg之间。
HCl+L-cysteine extract, interfaced technique couple high performance liquid chromatography with atomic fluorescence spectrometry for methyl, ethyl and inorganic mercury analysis was established. Liquid chromatography and atomic fluorescence spectrometry methods were optimized in order to obtain the best conditions. The experimental results showed that the linear range for three mercury species was all between 0-50 μg/L, the linear coefficient (r) was all more than 0.999 0, the detection limits were between 3.70-7.71 μ/kg. The relative standard deviations (n=6) for the determination of methyl-mercury were 3.5%. The recoveries were all between 89.6%-107%, RSD was 3.5%, and the determination of mercury speciation of fish reference material (GBW 10029) was in the scope of standard values. Contents of methyl-mercury in supplementary foods for infants and young children fi'om the market was determined between 11.3~12.5 μg/kg.
