摘要 为了进一步降低采煤机监控系统数据传输至顺槽的误码率,提高数据传输效率,提出了一种基于G3-PLC(G3电力线通信)协议的OFDM(正交频分多路)调制技术的矿用动力载波发射机系统。该系统采用自适应波特率的CAN总线接口,通过采煤机动力电缆使用OFDM调制技术进行载波通信,使得系统的抗干扰性能明显提高,传输速率可达到33.79 kbit/s。与传统的FSK、扩频调相等调制方式相比,OFDM技术特有的抗多径衰落、频谱利用率高等特点,明显提升了数据传输速率和效率。同时,该设计还保留了RS485通信接口,提升了系统的兼容性,因此具备一定的理论价值和实际应用意义。 In order to further reduce the error rate of data transmission for the shearer monitoring system to the trough,and improve the data transmission efficiency,a mine carrier transmitter power system is proposed based on G3-PLC(G3 power line communication) protocol and OFDM(orthogonal frequency division multiplexing)modulation technique.The system uses an adaptive baud rate of CAN interface,carrier communication is performed by shearer power cable using OFDM modulation technology,the anti-jamming performance of the system is improved significantly,transmission rate is up to 33.79 kbit/s.Compared with traditional FSK and spread modulation phase modulation scheme,OFDM modulation improves the data transfer rate and efficiency significantly.Meanwhile,this design retains RS485 communication interface,the compatibility of the system is enhanced.Therefore the result of study is of a certain theoretical value and practical significance.
