摘要
针对恒压供水系统普遍存在的惯性大、非线性、随机性及纯滞后性的特点,设计了一种基于模糊PID-Smith控制策略的变频恒压供水系统。硬件部分介绍了系统的结构及组成,软件设计部分首先构建系统数学模型,研究了PID模糊控制与Smith预估控制理论。最终把PID模糊控制器与Smith预估器结合起来用于对系统的控制,并用Matlab将各种控制算法进行了仿真。结果表明:模糊PID-Smith控制器能够使系统的动态、稳态性能最优化,在时滞过程的控制系统中具有一定的应用前景。
The variable frequency constant pressure supply water system based on the fuzzy PID-Smith control method is designed according to the widespread characteristics of large inertia,nonlinear,stochastic and pure lag.The structure and composition of the system are introduced in the hardware part.The mathematical model of the system is firstly built in the software part,and then PID fuzzy control and Smith predictive control theory are studied.Finally the PID fuzzy controller and Smith predictor are combined to control the system and the various control algorithms are simulated by using Matlab.Results show that the fuzzy PID-Smith controller can optimize the dynamic and steady-state performance and has a certain application prospect in time-delay process control system.
