奥美拉唑与枸橼酸莫沙必利联用治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果

The clinical effect of omeprazole combined with Mosapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia

目的:分析奥美拉唑与枸橼酸莫沙必利联用治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法:选取80例功能性消化不良患者,随机分为两组,每组40例。对照组给予枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗,观察组采用奥美拉唑与枸橼酸莫沙必利联合治疗方案。对比两组临床症状评分改善情况与治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.5%,显著高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组症状评分改善情况,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重的不良反应。结论:在功能性消化不良用药方案中,奥美拉唑与枸橼酸莫沙必利联合方案效果满意,可快速改善患者临床症状,安全性高,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze and mosapride combined with omeprazole in the treatment of functional dyspepsia clinical results. Method 80 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases of each group. The control group received Mosapride treatment,observation group were given omeprazole and Mosapride combination therapy. The treatment effects and score of clinical symptoms of the two groups were observed. Results The treatment total effective rate of observation group was 92. 5%,significantly higher than the control group 72. 5%（ P〈0. 05）. Score of clinical symptoms of observation group improved better than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Both groups had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion The functional dyspepsia regimen,the omeprazole and Mosapride joint program are satisfied with the rapid improvement of clinical symptoms,with high drug safety,worthy of clinical use.
