重组人干扰素α-2b注射液雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

Clinical observation of recombinant human interferon α- 2b injection atomization inhalation in the treatment of infantile capillary bronchitis

目的:评价重组人干扰素α-2b注射液雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法:选取60例小儿毛细支气管炎患者,分为两组,均给予退热、化痰止咳、抗感染、抗炎等常规治疗,观察组在此基础上,联合雾化吸入重组人干扰素α-2b注射液治疗。结果:观察组控制率43.3%、控制+显效合计率76.7%高于对照组28.3%、60.0%,无效率5.0%低于对照组18.3%,观察组喘息缓解时间、咳嗽缓解时间、肺部啰音消失时间、住院时间低于对照组,观察组出院后90日复发率1.82%(1/55),低于对照组15.79%(9/57),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重组人干扰素α-2b注射液雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效较好,可增进疗效,预防复发,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of recombinant human interferon α- 2b injection atomization inhalation in the treatment of infantile capillary bronchitis. Method 60 cases were selected as the research object and divided into the observation group and the control group. They were given the conventional treatment such as antifebrile,phlegm cough,and anti- infection,anti- inflammatory. The observation group was given the recombinant human interferon α- 2b injection atomization inhalation treatment on the basic of conventional treatment. Results The control rate and control excellent total rate of the observation group were43. 3%,76. 7%,respectively,which was higher than that of control group 28. 3%,60. 0%; inefficiency 5. 0% was lower than the control group 18. 3%. The observation group asthmaremission time,cough relief time,pulmonary rales disappeared time,hospitalization time was lower than the control group,90 days after discharge,the recurrence rate 1. 82%（ 1 /55） of the observation group was lower than the control group 15. 79%（ 9 /57）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Recombinant human interferon α- 2b injection atomization inhalation in the treatment of infantile capillary bronchitis has good curative effect,can improve curative effect and prevent relapse.
