肝癌患者TACE治疗前的焦虑状况与术后疼痛的相关性研究

Relationship between Preoperative Psychological State and Acute Postoperative Pain after TACE for Hepatocellular carcinoma

目的:探讨肝癌患者TACE治疗前的焦虑状况与术后疼痛的相关性,分析术后疼痛的影响因素。方法:通过发放一般情况调查表、焦虑自评量表及VAS数字疼痛评估定量表,对80例接受肝癌TACE治疗的患者进行调查。结果:肝癌患者TACE术后6 h、24 h疼痛程度评分分别为(6.23±2.52)分及(4.52±2.43)分,前者以中、重度为主,后者以轻中度为主;术后24 h疼痛与术前状态焦虑呈正相关(r=0.283,P<0.01)。结论:肝癌患者TACE手术患者术后疼痛与术前心理状态关系密切,护理人员在患者手术前应通过护理措施来减轻患者术前焦虑状态,有利于缓解患者TACE术后疼痛。

Objective To explore the relationship between Preoperative Psychological State and Acute Postoperative Pain after TACE for Hepatocellular carcinoma and the influence factor of Postoperative Pain. Method A prospective study of 80 patients undergoing TACE was conducted,The general information questionnaire,State Anxiety Inventory and Numerical Rating Scale were completed respectively and acute postoperative pains were recorded 6 hours and 24 hours after the operation. Results The pain score6 hours and 24 hours after the operation was（ 6. 23 ± 2. 52） and（ 5. 02 ± 2. 43） respectively. The more anxious patients,the more postoperative pain（ r = 0. 283,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion It is helpful for patients to remain optimistic before the operation to alleviate postoperative pain.
