院前CPR三种复苏方法的初期复苏效果比较

Comparison of the effect of early resuscitation of three pre- hospital resuscitation CPR

目的:探讨院前CPR三种复苏方式的复苏效果。方法:选取院前需要进行心肺复苏的患者120例,将其随机分成三组,分别命名为A组、B组、C组。对A组患者在保证畅通气管的同时进行胸部外压。对B组患者进行气管插管通气,对C组患者实施气囊面罩通气。结果:A组患者自主循环恢复率为30.0%,平均恢复时间为(8.94±1.28)min,B组患者自主循环恢复率为17.5%,平均恢复时间为(11.59±1.49)min,C组患者自主循环恢复率为12.5%,平均恢复时间为(14.18±1.22)min。从三种CPR复苏方式来看,A组患者自主循环恢复率最高,平均恢复时间最短。结论:在保证畅通气管的同时进行胸部外压的方式能够提高心肺复苏的效果,最大程度的确保患者的生命安全,该种院前CPR复苏方式更为科学,临床应用价值更高,该种院前CPR复苏方式值得在临床上广泛性推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of pre- hospital resuscitation CPR three recovery modes. Method 120 patients needed hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation were selected and prehospital randomly divided into three groups,named group A,B,C groups. A group of patients to ensure the smooth flow of the trachea in the chest while external pressure. Of group B patients were intubated ventilation for patients of group C bag- mask ventilation. CPR resuscitation from three kinds of view,A group of patients the highest rate of return of spontaneous circulation,the average recovery time was shortest. Conclusion To ensure the smooth flow of the trachea chest while external pressure way to improve the effectiveness of CPR,the greatest degree ensure the safety of patients,the kind of pre- hospital CPR resuscitation more scientific,more clinical value,this type of hospital former CPR resuscitation worthy of clinical extensive promotion.
