摘要
依托于互联网技术而蓬勃发展的自媒体对传统的高校德育工作产生了巨大的冲击,主要表现在德育理念、德育模式、德育工作队伍素质等方面。同时,自媒体的特点也使高校德育工作形成新的合力成为可能,高校应通过更新观念、构建"校生合一"的自媒体舆论平台,抢占高校德育话语权、注重师生媒介素养教育以及加强自媒体网络舆情规范和法治建设等途径来不断优化高校德育环境,探索出自媒体环境下高校德育工作有效开展的新路径。
We-media,which quickly developed based on the internet technology,has a huge impact on the traditional moral education work in colleges and universities. The impact is mainly manifested in moral philosophy,moral education mode and the professional quality of the moral education teachers. At the same time,the characteristics of We-media also makes it possible for the moral education work to form a new force in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities should try their best to explore many optimized paths for effectively carrying out the moral education work through renewing the idea,building media platform of public opinion like "the unity of school and students"and preempting the right of discourse of moral education,paying attention to the media literacy education for teachers and students,strengthening the norms of media network for public opinion and legal construction.
