微笑曲线失灵及广东OEM再造的微观实践分析

2014年到2015年通过实地调研十余家广东典型制造企业,作者发现沿微笑曲线的企业转型是失灵的。微笑曲线的失灵主要表现在当前企业转型不是沿着微笑曲线的制造低端OEM向品牌OBM或者研发ODM升级,而是在OEM基础上进行精细化、智能化的制造深耕。制造业的再造需要得到经济资本之外的社会资本、文化资本、符号资本扶持,制造业的转型需要社会转型的配套,以此构建大制造和新型社会。呼吁理论界和实业界重视制造企业的实践逻辑,把制造企业的精细化生产与信息化进一步融合,尽快突破互联网+与深度制造两层皮的状况,实现IT硬件化,生活方式IT化,以制造企业的转型带动整个社会的转型。

From 2014 to 2015,through on- the- spot investigation on more than ten typical manufacturing enterprise in Guangdong province,the authors found enterprise transformation in accordance with smile curve failed. The failure of the smile curve is mainly manifested in the fact that the current enterprise transformation is not upgrading from low- end brand OEM to OBM,RD or ODM along the smile curve,but refining intelligent manufacture in the basis of OEM. Reengineering of manufacturing needs the support of social capital,cultural capital and symbol capital and economic capital. Manufacturing transformation needs a complete set of social transformation to construct the large manufacturing and new society. The authors suggest that the theoretical circle and the industry attache importance to the practice logic of manufacturing enterprises,and mix together the refine production and the manufacturing informatization for the enterprises. We should break through the status of the two layers of the Internet ＋ and deeper manufacturing as soon as possible,realize the hardware development of IT industry,improve the intelligent level of daily life,and drive the transformation of the whole society by the transformation of manufacturing enterprises.
