基于创新型企业的实践,指出创新型企业持续创新过程重大风险管理的重要意义。风险识别作为风险管理非常重要的核心环节,发挥着至关重要的作用。基于此,界定创新型企业持续创新过程重大风险的概念、类型和特性,构建创新型企业持续创新过程重大风险的可拓物元风险识别模型,以A公司为例进行分析,识别出创新型企业持续创新过程重大风险。

Based on the practices of the innovative enterprise in China,the paper points out the importance of managing major risk during the process of innovative enterprise＇s sustainable innovation. As a very important step of risk management,risk identification plays an important role. Based on this,the paper defines the concepts,types and characteristics of major risk during the process of enterprise＇s sustainable innovation,sets up the extension matter element identification model,and takes a famous innovative company as a case to analyze and identify the major risk during the process of innovative enterprise＇s sustainable innovation.
