摘要 目前FD法在价值工程的应用中,主要存在两个问题:一是出现不重要的功能得零分现象时直接将各功能累计得分加1分进行修正;二是计算功能权重时简单取各专家评判的平均值计算。对于问题一采用AHP的1—9标度方法建立专家的判断矩阵,经过一致性检验,求出各专家权重判断向量;对于问题二,据专家群组权重判断向量组成评价集矩阵,用GEM求出权重判断向量,即为优化后的最终结果。通过一个实例验证优化模型,结果表明模型是可行的。 Currently, the application of FD method for VE has two problems: One phenomenon is that theunimportant function is forced to give 1 point for revising when it gets 0 point; another one is that expert evaluation is simply taken an average when calculating the weight of functions. Based on AHP, the paper sets up the discriminant matrix by thel--9 scaling method to solve the first question through the consistency check to obtain the weight vectors for functions which come from each expert in the experts group. Meanwhile, the paper uses the vectors to build an evaluation matrix which can calcu- late a weight vector that is considered to be the fin ally optimized results based on GEM and is given by an outstanding and optimal expert named S * , who is regarded as the key to solve another problem. The results show that the optimization model for FD method based on AHP &GEM is feasible by an instance to verify such model.
