定喘汤治疗儿童哮喘的系统综述和Meta分析

Systematic Review on Randomized Controlled Trials of Dingchuan Decoction on Children Asthma

目的系统评价定喘汤治疗儿童哮喘的临床研究,并分析相关文献价值及存在问题。方法采用Cochrane系统综述方法 ,检索2001年至2014年维普数据库、万方数据库、中国知网和Pubmed数据库等电子资料库,同时手工检索相关杂志、专业信息。所得信息均进行jadad评价,对同质性研究进行Meta分析,才用RevMan5.3软件对所获取信息进行分析。结果共检索275相关文献,符合纳入标准的16篇。11篇文献未提及盲法,无随机分配方法,属于低质量文献。5篇有随机分配方法。Meta分析结果显示定喘汤与对照组相比较,90%可信区间[2.41,4.28],P<0.00001。结论现有临床资料表明,定喘汤可以改善哮喘儿童的临床症状,提高治愈率,但本系统纳入文献多属于低质量论文,要明确定喘汤的实际作用,仍需要进一步开展设计严谨,方法先进,结果可靠的多中心临床研究。

Objective： To Systematically evaluate the clinical research of Dingchuan Decoction on children asthma,and analyze the literature value and the existing problems. Methods： Cochrane systematic review method was adopted,retrieval from 2001 to 2014 in Chongqing Weipu database,Wanfang database,CNKI and Pubmed database and other electronic databases,as well as manual retrieval relevant magazines and professional information. All information was Jadad-assessed,and the research of homogeneity was meta-analyzed with RevMan5.3 software. Results： Among 275 literature retrieval,16 pieces were included in the standard. 11 did not mention blind method and randomized method,belonging to the literature of low quality. 5 referred to randomized method.Meta analysis showed Dingchuan Decoction,compared with the control group,was 90% confidence interval[2.41,4.28],P〈0.00001;the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Clinical data shows that Dingchuan Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of asthma children and improve the cure rate,but literature in this system belongs to papers of low quality. To clear the actual effect of Dingchuan Decoction,further multi-center clinical trials are needed with rigorous design,advanced methods,and reliable results.
