从中医急症角度浅谈中医药隐性知识传承存在的问题与对策

Problem and Strategy of Inheritance of Tacit Knowledge in Chinese Medicine from the Aspect of Chinese Medicine Emergency

中医学是在古代唯物论和辨证法思想的影响和指导下,充分借鉴了阴阳、五行、八卦等理论知识,具有显性知识与隐性知识并存的显著特点。显性知识易于掌握和学习,隐性知识"只能意会不能言传"。因此,中医隐性知识的传承是继承与创新中医药理论的重要内容。本文从中医急症角度分析中医药隐性知识传承存在的问题,提出相应的解决策略,以切实提高中医药隐性知识传承的实效性,推动理论创新与人才培养。

Tradition Chinese medicine is under the influence and guidance of ancient materialism and dialectics thought,fully drawing on the theory of Yin and Yang,the five elements,the eight trigrams,etc.,with the explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge coexisting. Explicit knowledge is easy to grasp and learn,while tacit knowledge ＂can only be sensed,but not be explained in words＂. Thus,the transmission of tacit knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine is an important part of the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine theory. The problem and solution strategy of transmission of tacit knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine is analyzed and put forward to effectively improve the effectiveness of tacit knowledge transmission,and promote theoretical innovation and personnel training.
