摘要
在教师培训中,课例研究注重理论与实际的结合,倡导行动研究,推崇教学反思,是教师专业成长的有效推进器。在过去几十年里,课例研究得到国际上许多国家的重视和青睐。随着我国课程改革的深入,教师培训呼唤培训方式根本性的变革,课例研究作为行动研究的一种形式,被我国教育研究者所聚焦。
In teacher training, lesson study stresses combination between theory and practice,advocates action research, and values teaching reflection, which is effective in promoting teacher professional development. The past decades have seen the emphasis and favoring of lesson study by different countries. With the deepening reform of curriculum in China, teacher training needs to fundamentally innovate its training styles, and lesson study, as one way of action research, has been focalized by China’s education researchers.
