觅“人人成才”之路 渡“最好发展”之人——苏州市觅渡中学“生涯教育”课程基地建设的探索与实践 被引量:4

摘要 建设课程基地是进一步深化基础教育课程改革,进一步转变教学方式,从而实现学生自主发展、教师专业发展、学校特色发展的必由之路。苏州市觅渡中学自2012年开始探索初中教育与职业教育的衔接方式,尝试实施面向初中生的职业生涯规划教育。多年来,学校基于学生实际,紧扣"生涯教育"这个命题,积极推进课程建模、课标制订、教材编写、场馆建设、初职衔接、师资培养、活动设计、家校合作等工作,逐渐步入了生涯教育课程基地建设的轨道。 Curriculum base construction is the necessary way of deepening basic educational reform and further changing teaching styles so that students’ autonomous development, teachers’ professional development and school characteristic development could be accomplished successfully.Since 2012, our school has been exploring the linking way of junior middle school education and vocational education, trying the career planning education for junior middle school students. These years have witnessed that our school, based on students’ practical conditions centering on "career education", actively promotes the work of curriculum modeling, criterion formulating, teaching material compiling, venue building, teacher training, and cooperation between family and school. As a result,our school has gradually taken the right track of curriculum base construction of career education.
