摘要
对浮环轴承的动力特性进行分析,建立涡轮增压器转子的有限元模型,并研究预应力和陀螺效应对转子系统固有特性的影响。绘制Campbell图并求解转子系统的临界转速。计算结果表明,转子在正常工作时能平稳运行。
The dynamic characteristics of the floating ring bearing is analyzed. The finite element model of the turbocharger rotor is established,and the influence of prestress and the gyroscope effect on the inherent characteristics of the rotor system is studied. The Campbell chart is drawn and the critical speed of the rotor system is determined. The calculation results showthat the rotor can run smoothly in normal operation.
