高校违纪学生的教育管理问题是学生日常管理工作的难点。当前高校违纪学生呈现的新特点和新情况,凸显了"以人为本"视阈下加强违纪学生教育管理的重要性。必须将"以人为本"的思想贯穿到违纪学生的事前教育、事中跟进、事后帮扶工作之中,旨在切实尊重和保障违纪学生的正当权益,促进和推动违纪学生的健康发展。

The problem of educating and managing university and college students who have violated discipline is a difficult task in students＇ daily management work. The new characteristics of students＇ violation of discipline highlight the importance of strengthening education and management among them from the perspective of ＂peopleoriented＂. This paper attempts to apply the idea of ＂people-oriented＂into the pre-education,the following up stage and the post support for the students,aiming to respect and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the students violating disciplines and to promote their healthy development.
