当前少先队工作的困境探析——基于广州少先队调研

An Analysis of the Dilemma of Current Pioneers' Work——Based on the Investigation of Guangzhou Young Pioneers

当前我国少先队工作面临着一系列的新情况、新问题。基于对广州市少先队的调研观察,这些新情况新问题主要是:组织"先进性"下降,宗旨意识有待加强,团队活动中孩子们的自愿自主意向不足,以及兼职辅导员专业意识与能力薄弱等。这些问题在一定程度上导致少先队工作发展陷入困境。加强少先队工作的专业化建设,是其走出困境的必由之路。

Based on the observation and survey on Guangzhou Young Pioneers,it is found that the work of young pioneers in our country is now facing a series of new problems, including the decreasing of the＂advancement＂of organization,the weakness of aim consciousness,the insufficiency of self-motivation among children in the team activities,the weak awareness and ability of the part-time instructors. To a certain extent,these problems result in predicaments in the development of pioneers＇ work. Thus,strengthening the specialization construction of young pioneers work is the necessary way to get out of these predicaments.
