摘要
财会类课程是各大高职院校创新创业教育的组成部分,但教学形式单一,重理论而实践不足,培养效能偏低。翻转课堂模式是激发学生创造潜能的有效教学方式,与创业人才的培养目标契合。创业教育中的财会类课程应利用翻转式课堂模式,从人才培养目标、课程设计、师资队伍培养、考核全链条上进行改革,整体激活创业教育的效能。
Financial and accounting courses are a major part of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges. However,its current situation is featured with single form of teaching,theory emphasized but lacking of practice,low training efficiency. Flipped classroom is an effective teaching method to stimulate students' creative potential,which is in agreement with the training goal of entrepreneurial talents. Therefore,flipped classroom should be applied in financial and accounting courses in entrepreneurship education so that we can activate the overall effectiveness of entrepreneurship education with complete reform,including personnel training objectives,curriculum design,teachers cultivating,and performance evaluation.
